We will take brief information from you about your wound and general health, and schedule an appointment for you to come in for a visit. We will ask you to bring a list of medications you are taking, allergies you have, etc. along with your medical records, which can be obtained from your regular doctor. Finally, you will need to bring any insurance cards, forms, etc. for any applicable insurance coverage.
