The Greenbrier Guarantee:
Eight categories of performance standards were developed to define how job tasks are to be carried out. They provide a framework of expected behaviors that every employee will exhibit when dealing with customers and coworkers. They also provide the criteria by which an employee is evaluated.
You will experience these standards throughout Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. They will be highlighted and reinforced during your years of employment. These standard are a vital part of our service excellence culture at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
